Hewitt Robins International has a proven history of bulk material handling and processing for over 90 years. Conceived in 1891, the first innovative belt conveyors were soon followed by the introduction of high speed vibrating screens and feeders in 1912.

During 1997 the management team of Hewitt Robins International purchased 50% of existing shares from American parent, W.S. Tyler. Following the takeover of W.S. Tyler in November 1999 the British management team acquired the remaining shares in the company to become sole-owners of Hewitt-Robins International.

It's proven screen and crusher brands, including the ‘Container Classic' and the ‘Super Jaw', are all setting standards by which competitors' equipment is judged.
