The Hewitt Robins Horizontal Screen lends itself to a broad range of configurations. suitable for either horizontal or low angle installation. Our Horizontal screens assist in reducing conveyor heights, providing space for taller feed hoppers and can be installed where existing headroom is at a premium.

Our horizontal screens are driven by the Eliptex oil lubricated vibrator unit which can be either a two or four shafted mechanism depending on the application. The Eliptex vibrator unit imparts a three-way motion to the screen, with horizontal, vertical and elliptical components providing high capacity, fast conveying and sharper sizing.

With the Eliptex vibrator unit being mounted above the screen this allows for maximum distance between the decks for easy maintenance when replacing mats.

Our standard range of horizontal screens ranges from 1.25 – 2.7m in width and 2.4m - 8.4m in length and are available in single and multi-deck arrangements.
